Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals held Chinta Shutro, themed, “Love Your Heart” on the occasion of World Heart Day.
Chinta Shutro is a discussion forum, designed to provide an opportunity for a group to hear several people knowledgeable about a specific issue or topic’s present information and discuss their personal views. This will also help the audience further to clarify and evaluate their position regarding specific issue or topic being discussed and increased their understanding of the topic. After two successful sessions on Mother’s day and World No Tobacco Day, respectively, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals has now organized its third Chinta Shutro, themed, “Love Your Heart” on the occasion of World Heart Day, 2015.
The “Love Your Heart” discussion forum comprised various tips to combat heart diseases and the focus is on being active by exercising and indulging in other physical activities to keep the heart fit. The purpose of this initiative is to generate awareness on how to keep the heart healthy and spread this message among as many people as possible by making them a part of this event.
