“Cardiovascular diseases are rarely inherent. Most deaths caused by heart disease are due to unhealthy lifestyle choices. By and large there are five main factors that are responsible for heart diseases: an unhealthy diet, smoking, inactivity, stress and not getting regular heart checks. Heart checks are especially relevant for those who are above 35 years of age and have previously suffered from a heart ailment. What is extremely clear is that heart diseases are preventable. Which is why, we have come up with Simple Five Solution - Eat Healthy, Beat Stress, Get active, Quit Smoking and Get a heart check. Following these practices ritually, can give one a good chance of staying away from heart diseases”.
